The position in located in La Verrière.Within the Front End Module Product Group, you manage the product & the worldwide business development of the product line.Coordinate and control the activity among the THS Regional operations.Product:Formalize the TDP deliverables and up-date every semester (Road-maps, technical benchmark, projects,...).Manage the benchmark activity.Manage the P3/P2 projects.Develop the patent portfolio to secure Valeo�s competitive differentiation.Define & ensure the deployment of the standards.Validate the B.O.M.s for all P1s of all THS regions.Perform Raise design reviews for all P1s of all THS regions.Ensure training sessions for all the THS regions.Industrial/process:Coordinate the industrial footprint among the THS regions.Define & ensure the deployment of the standards.Budget:Formalize the MTP deliverables.Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments.Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget.Business development:Coordinate the selling prices consistency among the THS regions.Challenge the costs.Manage & control the product line profitable growth (NPAs, CAAs, IAR validation).Management:Manage the team members.Coordinate the activity (daily, weekly, monthly meetings).Fonction du Supérieur :TFE PG R&D Director
