Bobigny is located nearby the East of Paris and gathers:-Valeo Lighting Systems Headquarter-Lighting & signalization R&D center-Comfort & Driving Assistance R&D center-Information systems of Valeo GroupThe R&D center for Lighting Systems aims at:1 Anticipate the technologic trend /styles and the customer needs for lighting and signalization2-Develop Projects to answer those needs in order to be leader on.Description of the missionIn the Visibility Division, you will be responsible for leading the development of new standards for the aftermarket with a project team in accordance with the objectives and performance fixed in technology development plan for the Aftermarket (quality, cost, cost, scope, time).You will report to the Aftermarket Projet Director and you will be in charge of:Developing new products dedicated to Aftermarket;Ensuring Aftermarket innovation Project performance;Managing communication with P2-P3 OE and P1 AFT teams; Realize a benchmark of existing products on the market;Promote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the Project Team he/she is in charge and control their application.Required Profile:You have a minimum of 5 years experience in product development as an R&D Engineer, ideally in the automotive lighting industry. You have successful experiences on development projects in pre-industrialization R&DFonction du Supérieur :Aftermarket Projet Director
