Our client has created the largest and strongest consortium in the field of raw materials. Our client cooperates with more than 100 partners, such as industry leaders, research centers and universities from over 20 EU member states.The aim of this consortium is to increase the competitiveness, growth and attractiveness of the European raw material sector. This process is underpinned by intensive innovation and entrepreneurship. The start-up phase of this rather new "company" has been initiated and interim management teams have started their work in January 2015. Michael Page is assigned to set up the complete senior management of this incubator, starting with the Chief Operating Officer located in Berlin.- In charge of the daily operations, - Compile the first draft of annual business plan,- Oversee the complementarities & interlinking of different European institutes that are part of the knowledge and innovation community,- Ensure capturing and sharing of good practices across the company,- Support a systematic dialogue between academia, research and business,- Hold recurring meetings with thematically different offices, - Develop and follow up the service offerings,- Implement the IP policies and strategy, development of IP tools and processes,- Line manager of the different thematic offices.
