Rejoignez-nous !Parce que l�aéronautique est un métier d�experts, votre agence Randstad, 100 spécialisée, est en recherche permanente de nouvelles compétences et vous offre de nombreuses opportunités d�emploi.Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client spécialisé dans la fabrication d�aéronefs basé sur Marignane un(e) CONTRACT MANAGER (F/H).he job holder will be in charge of :* Overall coordination between NHI concerned departments of part of reference contracts having been assigned to his/her responsibility and their amendments/modifications; * Overall responsibility to harmonize position on said contracts and their amendments/modifications in order to enable a proper reporting and recommendation to hierarchical chain with the aim to get Directoire proper endorsement;* Overall negotiator on behalf and towards customers of said contracts and their amendments/modifications, in accordance with Directoire decision and Head of Business directives;* Proper administrator and guardian of said the Prime and FLSCs contracts and their modifications (their overall consistency included) that have been orwill be entered into by NHI as liaison between governments (NAHEMA-Nations) and said helicopter industry, i.e. ensuring and making visible in a pro-activemanner that all financial/contractual commitments are being adhered to and timely executed;* While performing these contractual activities, the job holder, as responsible said contracts maintenance, coordinates and steers to thatpurpose in a cost effective and result oriented manner; he/she monitors logic and fulfilment of all contractual obligations and communicates within, toclients counterparts on his/her responsibilities, that may also comprise providing guidelines on how to correctly implement contractual rules, the management of prototypes flight authorisations, export authorisation and insurance compliancy checks as well as anticipatory and corrective measures as to any and all delays;* In liaison with the Programme Managers, proper overall monitoring of the achievement of part of reference Contracts having been assigned to his/her responsibility, especially regarding the associated (if any) financial penalty exposure and the potential opportunities.* establishing with Programme Managers, who remain responsible, a consecutive risk assessment resulting from this above monitoringon said contracts (and their amendments/modifications) in order to enable a proper reporting and recommendation including risk mitigation analysis, to hierarchical chain.Job interfaces:Externally, the job holder is - within his/her domain - responsible for:¤ the day-to-day liaison between customers ,¤ responsible to trouble-shoot, coordinate, draft contract modifications and propose solutions that preserve the good relationship and the interests.Internally, the job holder is - within his/her domain - responsible for:¤ smoothly and effectively communicating with management,departments and all other staff¤ achieving always the timely cooperation of all those disciplines contributing to his/her contracts management;¤ reporting on an appropriate manner to the hierarchical chain (Head of Contracts and Head of Business )
