Description de l'emploi - EU HEAD OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Our client is an international food/pharma company. The purpose of the position is the primary management and oversight of the European Facility Organization, Management and Oversight of FM Services (Hard and Soft Services) at a regional level. FM services, including but not limited to Hard Services (maintenance, installation and construction of systems, building, and infrastructure, as well as establishing and maintaining utility and sustainability), Soft Services (cleaning, catering, waste management, hospitality, employee transportation, archiving, security, pest control, garments, PPE, etc.).- Strategic planning for the FM, at the European (EU) level,- Establish the European FM organization,- Manage, maintain and monitor the EU Facility Service level, in line with SOPs, SLA and KPI�s, in order to reach service improvement targets set by GFM,- Overall responsibility for contracts with FM suppliers in Europe,- Manage and oversee cluster and Country Managers, as well as Headquarter Managers and Business Partner Managers,- Lead projects and FM activities across business and countries, by implementing the economics of scale,- Enable Business Managers to focus on their core business objectives and ensure that regional management is focused on the needs of the customer-deliver high quality service to the business.
