Contract Management# Support VPM, VSL and KAM in the contractual negotiations with Customers;# Ensure communication towards the Customers for any contractual matters;# Support VPM for different topics where applicable (aircraft acceptance, claim file setting-up?);# Turn negotiation outcomes into contractual documentation ensuring it is compliant with applicable laws and regulations from both a legal and taxperspective;# Manage regular communication towards PCs and NHI stakeholders regarding contractual negotiations status ensuring their comments and inputs aretimely taken into account;# Ensure that contract amendments, CCOs and POs are validated by the appropriate NHI Directorates and by all the Partner Companies prior to theirrelease for final signature;# Organise Contracts/Contract amendments� Kick off Meeting;# Manage Intention To Proceed (ITP);# Support to Programs in FLSC drafting and validation.2. Contract administration# Manage day-to-day contract: milestones achievement, penalties exposure, bank guarantee update, strong support to invoicing, close monitoring ofcompensations, cash forecasting;# Ensure PCs have launched their authorization requests towards competent National Authorities so that contract can be executed;3. Reporting# Report to CSC, Directoire where requested;# Participate to VCTM and be accountable for contract status;# Participate to Programme Management Reviews (PMR) being the Contract focal point;Poste en remplacement.
