International companyThe main responsibility of this position is to provide legal support as KYC coordination, contract drafting, contract negotiation, regulatory review and analysis, general risk management to the European offices. The main responsibilities:- To coordinate and complete KYC formalities,- To review, draft and negotiate agreements with third parties,- To provide regulatory advice to ensure that the European offices are operating in accordance with local laws,- To work with and in company�s contract database management system,- To fully support the Vice President, Legal Affairs in the activities of the legal Department as required,- To take on other assignments as directed by the Vice President, Legal Affairs.
