Reporting to the Plant Manager, the mission will be to : - Ensure deliveries to the customers on time, choose effectively the best transport company, negotiate the best transport price- Analyze the company needs, ensure stock deliveries, negotiate prices- Create purchase orders and all other documents in the ERP system; ensure price negotiation with all suppliers- Promote a safe working environment for self and others (respecting legal and internal JSP rules, removing any safety risks, and highlighting risks beyond own control to higher level)- Control and monitor the stock level (raw material and supply inventory)- Ensure that conditions of contract (orders, conventions...) are optimized versus legal and JSP rules- Make clear and brief up-dates, analyses and reports- Cooperate effectively with all relevant teams to maximize JSP success (incl training of drivers, 5S and clean trucks)- Create a positive working atmosphere in which team work, quality and innovation can flourish- Supervise efficiency of the company vehicles- If needed help to load and unload trucks The successful candidates will have:- An open and positive character- Flexibility and dynamism- International minded- Achievement and performance orientation- Service orientation- Good planning and organization skills - Self-confidence, persistence and initiative- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken- Fluent in English- Background in logistics and purchasesPlease send your CV and your cover letter in English.Dans le cadre de sa politique diversité, Manpower étudie, à compétences égales, toutes candidatures dont celles de personnes en situation de handicap
