Rejoignez-nous !Parce que l�aéronautique est un métier d�experts, votre agence Randstad, 100 spécialisée, est en recherche permanente de nouvelles compétences et vous offre de nombreuses opportunités d�emploi.Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client spécailisé dans la fabrication d�aéronefs, un Marketing regional manager (F/H) pour une mission de 4 mois renouvelable.Lead the Material Support excess stock Promotion and Sales to decrease the level of global Spares inventory.Main ResponsabilitiesBuild-up a Promotion Action plan and the associated Commercial Policy to efficiently promote this excess stock.Identify adequate targets such as specific customers, distributors and brokers to be contacted.Redefine the commercial and contractual detailed conditions and propose a Standard Contract to support the negociation . Follow the whole process till the signature of the Contracts and Order Intake.Be the Operational Marketing interface between Material Support Department & Commercial Operations Department.Taking into account the RETEX on the first previous Sales:¤ Redefine the whole commercial policy applied to those sales as well as all legal clauses of the contracts (which targeted customers, brokers, at which price, under which conditions, which arbitration rules to be applied in case of conflicts...)¤ Further the proposed lists provided by EBSMF, and before releasing the lists to the potential buyers, coordinate all the EBSM department to filter properlythose list and avoid any blockages after contract signature ( such as ITAR, obsolescence, critical parts, military/civilian parts etc...) .¤ Analyze the content of excess stock in order to propose specific action plan, such as :o Sales to customers with large fleet/AC Type or customer flying former range ACo Sales action plan per region according to region specificity (AC type fleet, customer type...)o Follow more specific actions towards already identified targets such as DM/USA and FOKKER¤ Define a clear planning and roadmap for each Sale of excess stock (from issuance of the list till the signature of the Contracts and order intake¤ Coordinate all the actors and actions necessary to make the defined plan successful¤ Lead the discussions and negotiations with the potential buyers till the signature of the Contracts and order intake (including the events and differences between the issuance of the list for Sales and final decision of the buyer)¤ Be the interface with the buyers on all contractual and commercial discussions including in case of litigation during and after delivery.KPIsSell at least 20 of the identified AH/AHD excess inventory (evaluated at 66M?)Refer MyHR MBOs.KPIs will be reviewed and updated as part of the annual P&D Process.
