Our Client, grew into one of the world?s largest terminal operators for dry bulk, fruit and liquid bulk. To pursuie its growth, the Group is looking for an Oil Logistics Manager, based in Abidjan Cote d�Ivoire.Le posteTo pursuie its growth, the Group is looking for an Oil Logistics Manager, based in Abidjan Cote d�Ivoire. Reporting directly to the Country General Manager, you will be in charge of the management of all the Oil Logistics Subisdiaries: - 100 people, 25M? of Capex - in charge of the productivity, the rentability and the quality of service - work with as well the operationnals, the maintenance services, the functionnal department. - Proactive, and commercially willing, you are will deal with international clients and suppliers, as well with Puclic entities as private ones. - With financial skill, you are in charge of the P&L, the results, the budgets and forecats, and the cash and working capital. - As to ensure quality and effciency, you work with the CTO as to maintain high degree of quality in terms of Cranes, machines, and buildings. - Able to negociate with clients and be proactive to increase the turnover. - able to negociate with social reprsentative and discuss employee issues. - Able to deal with as well shareholders and local team.
