We are recruiting for our plant located in Etaples-sur-Mer (62), near Le Touquet Paris Plage.As part of PTS Business Group - Electrical Systems Product Group, our Plant is dedicated to developping and manufacturing Stop-Start solutions and high efficiency alternators.Reporting to Testing & Assembly Process Manager, the P2 Process PTM is responsible for developping new process and prepare industrialization of our new products.Main activities :? Involved in project activities to ensure co-engineering with R&D : makes propositions to reach project targets and validates design propositions using Design for Assembly rules? Analyses product and quality requirements to develop the best solution for project and process (prototype, serial representative and mass production flow)? Identifies MUDA and maximizes Added Value in product / process definition? Works in full respect of VALEO development procedures and standards? Defines and challenges process costs?
