The Corporate Supply Chain Department is setting up a performance excellence team, responsible for getting their 70 plants on world class level across the globe. 60 of these plants are located in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Can you implement and lead change programs to optimize our plants across the globe? FrieslandCampina Corporate Supply Chain is looking for a high energy, result driven Performance Excellence Engineer.As a Performance Excellence Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for driving performance excellence in the Supply Chain organization across the globe. You will focus on continuous improvement, safety and optimal Capex Management in your support to the sites of FrieslandCampina. As a Performance Excellence Engineer, you will implement and roll out the central performance excellence models (future state) for FrieslandCampina. By undertaking GAP analyses on performance and capability at our sites you will assess the current state. You will take into account the level of preventive maintenance, focus improvement and training needs of the workforce. Based on your analysis and the future state model, you will design a roadmap for the particular site. As a Performance Excellence Engineer you will discuss the outcome of your analysis and the roadmap with the Plant Manager and determine next steps. You will drive the first stage of the transformation process towards performance excellence during a period of 2-3 months. By auditing the plant performance and cost performance, you will measure the progress of the site. And if additional changes are required you will once again drive these changes and support the site. Eventually you will focus on process variability reduction to continuously improve the performance of the sites. By utilizing your analytical skills, persuasiveness and organizational sensitivity you will convince Business Group Supply Chain Directors and Supply Chain Managers based on functional excellence to adhere to the uniform performance excellence program. In this role you can reach out to the broad FrieslandCampina community focused on continuous improvement and safety to share best practices and increase awareness. You are part of the Performance Excellence team consisting of 4 people and will report into the Director Performance Excellence.
