Bobigny is located nearby the East of Paris and gathers:-Valeo Lighting Systems Headquarter-Lighting & signalization R&D center-Comfort & Driving Assistance R&D center-Information systems of Valeo GroupThe R&D center for Lighting Systems aims at:1 Anticipate the technologic trend /styles and the customer needs for lighting and signalization2-Develop Projects to answer those needs in order to be leader on.MissionsAs PG System Engineer, he(she) is in charge of and accountable for:- Set-up operational data of the new processes to be deployed for all RO and follow up Worldwide implemented with associated training- Contribute to identify way of improvement into System R&D organization- Elaborate technical trainings on procedure or new tools (FMEA, ECM, etc)Responsabilities1/ Set-up operational data of the new processes to be deployed for all RO and follow up Worldwide implemented with associated training - Prepare data for all new procedure or new tools: FMEA, SPPC, ECM, DVP&R, template... - Distribute data and prepare implementation: training session, coordination, day to day follow up, face to face meeting2/ Contribute to identify way of improvement into System R&D organization - Collect info from RO based on survey process and feedback info - Identify weakness or way of progress to be improved3/ Capitalization & standardization:Creates and maintain the R&D PTM standards to capitalize the know-how (documentation to be robustified).Ensures that standards are ?easy to use? worldwide (easy to check, to understand, to access, to learn).4/ Technical trainingsEnsures that each of his(her) standards are covered by a training module.
