The objective is to insure the appropriate follow-up and reporting through customer dashboard; to orchestrate the activities from an account/project/service/support & development standpoint; consolidate and monitor R&D plan to address committed deliveries; capitalize on deployed business processes/use cases/roles/apps and communicate in accordance with enterprise processes.
