American Dairy Company.Reporting to the Procurement Director the selected candidate will be responsible for:-Direct and execute the purchase of Ingredients category of spend, evaluate market conditions and develop and execute sourcing strategies,-Collaborating with businessareas to identify sourcing needs and opportunities,-Managing supplier relationships and agreements,-Conducting continuos improvement initiativeswith emphasis on reducing total cost of ownership,-Together with other members of the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality plans in addition to customer requirements,-Establishing and auditing operating procedures to define and monitor processes to ensure customer requirements are met.
